In her new role, Joselyn will focus exclusively on leading our commercial sales efforts. She will manage inbound inquiries, develop opportunities, and guide customers through the quoting and negotiation process until a sale is finalized. Once an order is confirmed, our Operations team takes over to coordinate sourcing, logistics, and delivery—ensuring that every project is completed seamlessly.

Today, we remember September 11, 2001. A day of tragedy that shook our nation to its core — and yet, out of that darkness, we witnessed something extraordinary: the resilience of the human spirit.

On 9/11, we saw loss, fear, and unimaginable pain. But on 9/12, we saw people united. Strangers became neighbors, communities leaned on one another, and the world stood in solidarity.

Though we would never wish to see another September 11th, we deeply wish we could see more of what we saw on September 12th — compassion, unity, and strength shining through adversity.
